Guests may join one of our packaged retreats or talk to us about creating your own retreat experience for special requirements. Your host is a holistic health coach with over 35 years’ experience teaching Yoga, Pilates and Personal training, and offering massage, Reiki, fascia mobility, and nutrition.
Accommodation and retreats- a cancellation fee of $100 per room applies up to 21 days prior the the reservation. Within 21 days of the reservation, there will be a charge of one night for accommodation only or 50% for retreat packages.
WHY Retreat offers the perfect balance of rest and activity, guaranteed to recharge your batteries and inspire a healthier lifestyle. Accommodation includes 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, guest lounge and kitchenette. Your private deck offers spectacular harbour and mountain views. Nutritious and tasty meals are prepared fresh and cater to most dietary requirements. Retreat packages include daily yoga, meals and a complimentary massage. Access to the best hiking Whangarei Heads has to offer is at your doorstep, as are a wide variety of beaches. Your hostess is an experienced holistic health coach and can offer tax deductible options. Join one of the packaged retreats or talk to us to create your own for 1 to 6 people.
