Enjoy an easy, flat stroll to Tairua township for cafés, shops, and essentials, or wander down to the nearby estuary. The calm, sheltered waters are ideal for children to swim and play, and a great spot to launch the two kayaks provided. Kayak trolleys make getting them to the water a breeze, and there are a couple of boogie boards ready for beach adventures too.
