Rates subject to change depending on the season and number of people staying. Minimum 3 night stay, might vary depending on the season. Cleaning Fee & Refundable bond payable per booking.
Guest must be 25 or over to book and the person booking must stay at the house. Please do not use outside areas after 10pm and before 7am. There shall be no amplified sound played in the garden (Outdoor Living Area) between the hours of 8.00pm and 8.00am - per council rules. Hot ashes from the fireplace are not to be put in the rubbish bins. This house is in a quiet residential neighbourhood - not suitable for parties or too much noise. No smoking in any part of the house. No pets allowed.
We will refund 100% of your total funds paid* less NZ$150 admin fee if cancelled over 90 days prior to your arrival. 80% of your total funds paid* less NZ$150 admin fee if cancelled 61-90 days prior to your arrival. 50% of your total funds paid* less NZ$150 admin fee if cancelled 30 – 60 days prior to your arrival. There will be no refund applicable for any bookings cancelled less than 30 days prior to your arrival. * excluding any credit card fees
For those of you who like to relax in front of the television after a day exploring we have you covered there too with a flat screen television complete with SKY TV. Please note that the house does have stairs so is not suitable for those with mobility issues. Although we welcome families you will need to watch your little ones on the stairs and near the wood fire. This is not a party house please respect our neighbours and keep any partying to downtown Queenstown. Note: We do not accept hens or bucks parties. Although the garage is available for storing your gear there it is not available fro parking. There is off street parking on the driveway and the carport area to the left of the garage.
