Cancellations: In the event of a cancellation the following will apply to all deposits paid: -Cancellation within 7 days of arrival, no refund. -Cancellation between 8 and 28 days of arrival, your deposit less $20 handling fee will be held for up to 12 months to be used for any future booking. -Cancellation outside 28 days of arrival, deposits will be refunded less a $20 handling fee, if you prefer this to the above option.
