In your confirmation email you will receive a link to our health form, which we kindly ask you to complete prior to your booking. At Ōpuke Thermal Pools and Spa we value your health and wellbeing, so if you have any underlying health concerns, have cold & flu-like symptoms, are pregnant or are currently receiving any treatments, please contact us to see if our treatments are right for you. Guests who are 16 years and above are welcome to enjoy our spa treatments.
Please contact guest services at soak@opuke.nz if you wish to cancel or reschedule your booking. Refunds will only be made if we receive notification of cancellation at least 24 hours prior to the booking time displayed. If notification of a booking cancellation is received within 24 hours prior to the booking time displayed, bookings may be rescheduled within 12 months of the original booking time, or provided with a gift voucher as credit.
