Cancellation fees for the 7-day Central North Island trip are charged on the following basis per person: Outside 60 days from the date of departure: NZ$500 is non refundable; Between 59-30 days from the date of departure: 50% of full cost; Between 31-15 days from the date of departure: 75% of full cost; or Within 14 days of the date of departure: 100% of the full cost Refunds are made via Internet banking and may include bank fees.
