Our cancellation fees work like this - if you have booked one room (for one or more nights) you can cancel free of charge up to 7 days prior to your check-in date, after which you will be charged for the first night. If you have booked a multi-room special or a package deal you can cancel free of charge up to 14 days prior to your check-in date, after which 100% of the first night will be charged.
