If Marahau Sea Kayaks Ltd. cancels a trip due to bad weather we will give a full refund. If a customer cancels within 48 hours of the day of departure a 50% cancellation fee will be incurred. No refund will be provided if a cancellation is made within 24 hours of departure or for any no-show. All other cancellations made more than 48 hours before departure incur a 10% administration fee.
