In order to confirm the reservation, credit card details will need to be provided. These details will remain on file, unprocessed until either check in or cancellation where a charge may be incurred. A card verification process may be done to confirm card details are correct, this will appear on your online statement for 5-7 working days and will be removed as transaction will not be processed. Where a guest has no credit card facilities, a non-refundable deposit equal to the first night.
If booking is cancelled or amended within 48 hours of arrival date, the first night's tariff will be charged. If booking is cancelled or amended 3 days or more prior to stay there will be no charge. A No Show will incur the total cost of the booking. All cancellation charges are at managers discretion.
