Photographic ID is required upon check-in (a photocopy will be taken). Upon arrival at your selected property a credit card pre-authorisation will be required and will be used to cover any incidental charges including (but not limited to): mini bar, telephone calls, breakages/damages, excessive cleaning charges above the normal level of cleaning due to the apartment being left in an unacceptable state, etc. If you do not have a credit card, we will accept debit card, Eftpos or cash bonds where we will require a NZ$250 bond per stay to guarantee payment of any incidental charges. Visa Debit or MasterCard – PayPal will NOT be considered as a form of credit card. Check in would be refused without a security bond.
