Exit Cleaning Fee
Your booking is confirmed upon the receipt of a 25% deposit of the value of the total stay Final payment is required 14 days prior to commencement of your stay and 30 days in high and peak seasons. Any changes to a booking must be made no later than 14 days prior to arrival and 30 days prior to arrival for high season and peak periods. Cancellations made after the above timeframes will result in full payment for the total stay being forfeited.
