All bookings need to reconfirm by phone the day before departure. Carino Wildlife Cruises reserves the right to alter prices, cancel any departures and vary itineraries in the interest of passenger safety and comfort. All departures are subject to demand, sea and weather conditions. To the extent permitted by law, all our liability for damages to your property, disruptions to travel plans or mental injury is excluded.
Cancellations must be received by us 24 hours before day of departure, for 100% refund. Passenger who have not cancelled before this are considered “no shows” and no refunds are available.
Our 50ft sailing catamaran, Carino NZ, offers a comfortable and eco-friendly way to explore the bay and its diverse wildlife. Licensed for dolphin watching and marine mammal research, we enjoy sharing with our guests about the importance of responsible wildlife watching.
Throughout the cruise, you will have the opportunity to see dolphins, penguins, gannets, and seabirds up close. Our certified responsible operator status ensures that we prioritize the safety and wellbeing of these animals. Remember, they are completely wild. One of the highlights of our cruise is the chance to visit an island, where you can snorkel, swim, and explore the beautiful coastal location. We also offer a delicious BBQ lunch on board, along with a cash bar.
