Included: Urban or electric bike and helmet hire, local guide for the duration of the tour. Tours depart Monday – Saturday 12pm, Sunday departures by appointment. A minimum of four guests is required for a departure, however this tour is also available on a private basis, please enquire with our team. Tour duration is 4 hours and we will ride approximately 36kms in total. All departures are from Chill Urban Tours, 287 Durham St North, Christchurch. Bookings are essential.
If you cancel 21 days or less prior to the tour there is no refund. If you cancel more than 21 days beforehand you can apply for a full refund less 15% admin fee. If the tour is cancelled by Chill due to circumstances outside our control, a refund less 15%. This is at the discretion of the guide, and safety is the most the most important consideration.
