More than 48 hours before booked departure time – No fee will be charged. 48 hours to 24 hours before booked departure time – 50% cancellation fee will be charged. Less than 24 hours before booked departure time & No Show at time of departure – 100% will be charged. If the cruise is cancelled by Cruise Te Anau due to weather or lake conditions, or any other reason, then we will offer to transfer you to another suitable day or if that doesn’t suit then there will be no cancellation fee.
