Quirky acts as agent for the campervan owner. Pay a 20% non-refundable deposit to confirm your booking; the balance is due 4 weeks before your trip. You'll choose an insurance 'Protection Plan' (Ready, Relaxed or Carefree), which sets your excess and security deposit. Bookings include unlimited kilometres, insurance and breakdown cover. The 20% deposit is non-refundable (unless a replacement booking can be found for your dates). Cancel more than 4 weeks before your trip and we'll refund the remaining fee (if already paid). Reggie is fully certified for freedom camping, with a fixed toilet, a portable outside shower and plenty of solar power and battery storage for those off-grid days. He's compact enough to manage easily, even on New Zealand's winding, narrow roads, and his thoughtfully designed interior creates a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere once you're parked up. Clever storage in the kitchen, above the bed and under the seating squabs keeps everything in its place, and his Nelson base is a perfect spot to begin a tour of the rugged South Island.
