Travelling in a 4WD van, you'll drive into the heart of the Awatere Valley, stop at a homestead for lunch before carrying on to Mt Gladstone Station to meet owner Hayley Pitts. Enjoy a guided walk of the property, to the historic cob buildings and woolshed. Experience it all, staying in modern station quarters and enjoy hearty homemade meals.
Day 2 takes you to Molesworth Station, New Zealand’s largest farm. There will be plenty of scenery and yarns along the way about the lives of the people who live and work here. Overnight in Hanmer Springs and relax in the town’s famous thermal hot pools. During the tour you'll also visit Flaxmere Gardens, as well as a nights stay in the seaside town of Kaikoura before heading north to Blenheim.
