Prices above for up to 2 adults, $40 each additional person over 6 months.
Guests are expected to leave the cottages as they find them. A charge will be levied for unwashed dishes and excessive mess. Pets are allowed in the Kowhai cottage only.
No penalty over 30 days, 30 - 15 days 50% of total booking, 14 days or less 100% of booking.
Each cottage has an upstairs mezzanine bedroom with beds made from Macrocarpa grown on the property. The French doors in the lounge open onto the garden. The kitchenette area is small and basic but more than adequate to make breakfast and simple meals. The cottages were not built with the needs of people with limited mobility or sight nor young children in mind. Our website has comprehensive photographs to allow you to make your own suitability assessment. The lavender and flower gardens of Lavendyl surround the cottages. These are separate from Dylan's; guests are free to wander in them at their leisure. The gardens are open to the public during the day. Lavendyl is also home to Buster our super friendly springer spaniel.
