More than 7 days prior to arrival and no later than 7 days after booking - 10% cancellation fee will be incurred. Less than 7 days prior to arrival 100% of the total value of the booking will be charged. In the event of a government lockdown or government-issued travel restrictions due to COVID19, all direct bookings will receive a credit for accommodation for the applicable cancellation fee.
Our two ensuite guest units immerse you in a spectacular view of the Richardson mountains and Lake Whakatipu from the sofa, bed, window seat or verandah. Each room has a projector, tablet, AppleTV, Netflix and Tivoli Bluetooth sound system to create an in-room cinema. Tea and coffee making facilities are provided and a gourmet breakfast is included, served in room or at the restaurant, where other meals can be ordered. There are a variety of activities nearby, but plenty of guests love lounging in the room with the stunning view, or soaking in the spa pool (shared between the 2 units). Designed to an R7 architectural level, guests have ultimate temperature control and comfort, making these super cosy, even on a cold winter day.
