Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 72 hours notice of cancellation, Customer will receive an 80% refund with 48 hours notice. Customers can change the date or time of booking with 24 hours notice, with no extra charge, subject to availability. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price.
We are working farm and home to over 1000 friendly alpacas. We offer visitors a range of activities where you can get up close with the animals, take an alpaca for a walk, hand feed them and have a cuddle with a baby alpaca, you'll get some beautiful photos and create some great memories all while learning about alpacas.
Nevalea Alpacas is located on state highway 4 in the central North Island, about half way between Waitomo and Mt Ruapehu, just 10 minutes north of Taumarunui.
Visit on onsite Alpaca Shop and grab a coffee and enjoy our beautiful scenic views.
