Once bookings are confirmed, these are binding. For cancellations made with at least 12 hours notice to the scheduled tour date, any payments paid are 100% refundable. Within 12 hours of the tour date, all payments made are non-refundable with Foodcraft retaining the right to reschedule the tour on a mutually agreed date and time. Tours run regardless of weather conditions. Due to the attention and organisation that goes into each tour, please take careful note of our cancellation policies.

We love Auckland and we know our food. Our tours are designed to be fun, personalized, unique, knowledgeable and authentic. Prices are per person and include pick up + drop off transport, pre-selected food and drink, a food-mad local tour host and lots of laughs.
