Tickets for Fullers360 Experiences and Tours may be exchanged or refunded up to 48 hours prior to time of travel. No refunds will be given for cancellations within 48 hours of travel time. Customers must travel on the time and date that has been booked with tickets displaying the correct time and date of travel.
Embark on an exciting EcoZip Adventure on Waiheke Island by starting at Auckland’s Downtown Ferry Terminal and boarding a Fullers360 ferry from piers 11 and 12. Upon arrival at Waiheke Island’s Matiatia Ferry Terminal, join the EcoZip coach for a thrilling zipline tour and a guided native bush walk, learning about the island’s environment and conservation efforts. After the tour, the scenic coach will take you back to Matiatia Ferry Terminal for your return Fullers360 ferry trip back to Auckland. The tour takes approximately 4.5 hours and operates from Monday to Sunday.
