Rates are in NZD currency & include tax. *Children under 3 years of age are free of charge 10% discount on stays 7 nights or more. 20% discount on 30 nights or more Base nightly rate is for 16 guest occupancy. The Stables additional charge $500 each per night. All booking rates specified above have exclusive use of the property. All bookings have access to all the features of the property: the media room, the indoor swimming pool, spa pool, all outdoor areas and beach track.
A deposit of 20% of the total is required to secure your reservation. The balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival. All rates advertised are displayed in NZD including GST of 15% Cancellation before 30 days prior to check in date: Deposit is refundable less 20% cancellation fee on total booking. Cancellation within 30 days of arrival date: 50% forfeit of the total booking price. Cancellation within 7 days of arrival date: 100% forfeit of the total booking price.

Walk through the enchanting Pohutukawa forest which leads to a secluded private beach adorned with pristine white sand and a surf break. Here, one can immerse themselves in the wonders of nature, engaging in activities such as sea life exploration, fishing, surfing, diving, and basking in the tranquility of nature. Upon returning to the estate, guests are greeted with luxurious amenities including an indoor heated swimming pool, a rejuvenating hot tub, a private chef, an inviting outdoor fireplace, and breathtaking ocean vistas from every bedroom.
