Rates are for two people and include a buffet/cooked breakfast, parking, use of all facilities. Bookings the equivalent of 4 rooms night or more are subject to a 25% non-refundable deposit (e.g 4 consecutive nights, or 4 individual rooms). Reception hours are from 8am - 6pm. Check-in time 2-6pm, late arrivals are offered a comprehensive key pick up service. Check-out time 10am. Rooms and Buildings are non-smoking.
Cancellation: 25% fee applies to bookings cancelled within 30 days, 50 % fee within 14 days and 100% within 7 days of arrival.

The 8 rooms, include premium double accommodation, suites, and a two bedroom luxury apartment, all with private ensuites and spectacular views of Lake Rotorua and Mt Tarawera.
On-site facilities and activities include outdoor jacuzzi, Finnish sauna, canoes, a laundry service and complimentary parking. Float-plane and fishing charters can depart from the Lodges private jetty.
All rates include a buffet breakfast and Wi-fi & use of all lodge facilities
