Due to our intimate size, cancellations affect us significantly. 50% charged if cancellation is within 30 days of arrival. 100% charged if cancellation is within 7 days of arrival. 100% charge will occur if a “No-Show”. However, if we are able to fill the room/s for any of the nights previously booked, we will only debit the guest for the balance of un-booked accommodation. If all nights previously booked are re-let, no charges will be made. We strongly recommend adequate travel insurance.

During extensive world travel, Chicago in particular, Gary was impressed with the harmonious and geometric style of Frank Lloyd Wright and was inspired to build in a similar style, embracing the organic and unique features of the natural landscape.
