Cancellations received with less than twenty one days notice are subject to 50% charge of the total accommodation price. Cancellations received with less than fourteen days are subject to 75% charge of the total accommodation price. Cancellations received with less than seven days notice are subject to 100% charge of the total accommodation price.
The Lakeside Gem is a brand-new home, built in May 2017. The two-story home is styled with new furniture and appliances. You will enjoy your holiday form the moment you walk in the door. Guests can also enjoy a BBQ or relaxing in the outdoor living areas at the garden level or enjoy the fantastic views of the lake from the second story deck.
The home has three bedrooms and can sleep 8 guests, the master bedroom also has an ensuite bathroom. The house is fully furnished with linen, towels, wifi, washer, dryer, air conditioning, heating, two TV’s (one with free Netflix), two kayaks and life jackets!
You will have access to the whole property and can use the garage to park your car. The city centre of Rotorua is a 10-minute drive away.
