On confirmation of your Hotel Chatham package you will be required to be a deposit of NZ$250 per person. This deposit will be required within 7 days of confirmation.
In the event of a cancellation to your booking, refunds will only be granted when Hotel Chatham Ltd receives notification at least 7 days prior (NZ time) to departure date in writing with the exception: Chatham Island Group Packages - Notice is required 14 days prior to departure. Please note additional bookings terms and conditions apply for group bookings.
Elevated with a large covered veranda upstairs, Lookout has great views of farm landscapes and the bay. Plus there's a big lawn to kick a ball about too. The upstairs level can sleep up to 8, while two self-contained units on the ground floor can sleep up to 4 people. Rooms and units can be booked separately or a group can book the entire cottage. Upstairs there's a large, well-equipped kitchen to congregate around and a very comfortable lounge. Laundry available onsite.
