All passes are Shareable (excluding the Solo Rider), Non-Refundable and prices include GST. Use of the shuttles is at your own risk. While Mountain Bike Rotorua Shuttles has made a significant investment to develop an efficient and safe uplift system, we will not accept liability for damage of equipment while using our services.

Public Shuttle - Operating daily (extreme weather, harvesting or event dependant), our buses transport customers from the intersection of Hill and Pipeline Roads to the top of several trails near the summit of Tawa Hill (Tawa Rd). Updates provided on our Facebook & Instagram channels. First Whaka Waka pickup of the day is from Wheelhouse Coffee Shop (Te Puia Southern Carpark), leaving at 10am, then Waipa Mountain Bike Carpark leaving approximately 5 minutes later.
Our operational hours are: (Main Hill, Hill Rd) - 10am-3pm Mon-Fri, 10am-4pm Sat-Sun
Public Night Shuttles (Main Hill, Hill Rd) - 4.30pm-7pm Wed-Fri
Additional Tawa Waka service from Te Putake o Tawa Carpark on Tarawera Road (Hill & Direct Rd) - 10am-3pm Sat-Sun and Holidays
