Payment Requirement: Deposit: 30% non-refundable deposit required to confirm reservation. Balance due: 30 days prior to booking date. Helicopter used: 1-3 Guests: 206 Jetranger II and 4–5 Guests: AS350 Squirrel 6 Seat Machine.
14 – 10 days: Deposit is non-refundable. Balance will be refunded. 9 days or less: 100% cancellation penalty applies. Generally, a trip will be canceled or be delayed due to exceptionally strong sea conditions where it is deemed to be unsafe for passengers and crew to travel on a given day. We recommend allowing a three-day window in your itinerary to provide flexibility for your guests, should weather affect activity plans.
