Should you need to cancel your booking please advise as soon as possible. Cancellations received after 2pm, 2 nights prior to arrival will incurr cancellation fee (50% of booking). Peak season (Dec/Jan/Feb) require more than 5 nights notice of cancellation. Full payment is required for non-arrival of guests for booked accommodation. Group Bookings of more than 5 or more units, require 14 days notice of cancellation to avoid cancellation fee.
