You can combine your science centre experience with a planetarium show with a special combo deal.
The Planetarium is an add-on purchase for international visitors, in addition to general gallery admission. Restricted to ages 3 years and up. Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.

A planetarium can take you on a journey through space and time. Relax back in our reclined seating, and enjoy an immersive experience. There are multiple shows daily. Our presenters are fun, informative, and love sharing their passion for science and astronomy. The Night Sky Live show, explores how the sky over Otago will look on the night of your visit in this fascinating exploration into the stars above us.
