Booking are recommended in advance. We cannot guarantee availability on the day. Price is per person. There is a $5 rebate on tasting fee for wine purchase. Under New Zealand Liquor Licensing laws, intoxicated persons or minors will not be served Book directly for up to 6 people. For larger groups, please contact us directly arrange.
We appreciate things may change at the last minute. Cancellation is with 1 hours notice. We do kindly ask that you provide as much notice as possible.
The Premium Tasting explores vintage and aged wine of Esses Estate, Kaikoura, Marlborough. The tasting will take you through the history of the vineyard, how Méthode Traditionnelle and other sparkling wines are made and a taste of three of Esses Estates Méthode Traditionnelles, including their ever-popular non-vintage, a choice of one of our vintage and an aged vintage. These are guided tastings. Tastings are by appointment only. Esses tasting are best suited to singles, couples, and small groups, who are interested in learning about sparkling wine. Children are welcome but tastings are limited to people over 18+. Anticipate approximately 45 minutes for the tasting.
