This cancellation policy applies to all pre booked Private Charter and Day Tour Services contracted with Limousine South. Cancellations of pre booked services notified more than 48hrs before the commencement of the services will not be charged unless Limousine South has incurred third party costs as a result of the cancellation (hotels contracted guiding services). Cancellations of services between 24 hrs to 48hrs of the booked pick up time will be charged at 50% of the confirmed price.
