Private four-day, three-night journey from Queenstown to Christchurch via the West Coast glaciers and Arthur's Pass. Day one: Lakes Wānaka and Hāwea and the Haast Pass to the glacier coast. Days two and three: the Fox and Franz Josef glaciers and Hokitika. Day four: Arthur's Pass to Christchurch. Your own driver-guide, private vehicle and complimentary hotel pickup and drop-off included. Optional glacier scenic flights on enquiry. Accommodation and meals not included; arranged on request.
For multi-day tours, cancellations with more than 30 days' notice are fully refundable less any non-recoverable supplier costs. Between 30 and 14 days a 50% fee applies; within 14 days the tour is non-refundable. If we cancel for weather or operational reasons you receive a refund or reschedule for the affected portion. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance.
Take the unhurried route across the South Island on a private four-day journey from Queenstown to Christchurch, exclusively for your group, with time to explore. Your guide collects you from your hotel, so no one needs to drive. Day one travels past Lakes Wānaka and Hāwea and climbs the Haast Pass, a World Heritage area, to the glacier country. Days two and three explore the Fox and Franz Josef glaciers, with walks, an optional scenic flight and time at Hokitika and the coast. Day four crosses Arthur's Pass National Park and the Otira Viaduct before the Canterbury Plains to Christchurch.
