Private two-day, one-night journey from Queenstown to Christchurch via the West Coast. Day one: Lakes Wānaka and Hāwea, the Haast Pass World Heritage area and the glacier coast, overnight on the coast. Day two: Hokitika, Arthur's Pass, the Otira Viaduct and the Canterbury Plains to Christchurch. Your own driver-guide, vehicle and hotel pickup and drop-off included. Accommodation and meals not included; arranged on request. Minimum 2 guests; families on enquiry.
For multi-day tours, cancellations with more than 30 days' notice are fully refundable less any non-recoverable supplier costs. Between 30 and 14 days a 50% fee applies; within 14 days the tour is non-refundable. If we cancel for weather or operational reasons you receive a refund or reschedule for the affected portion. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance.
Follow the wild West Coast and cross the Southern Alps on a private two-day journey from Queenstown to Christchurch, exclusively for your group. Your guide collects you from your hotel, so no one needs to drive. Day one travels past Lakes Hāwea and Wānaka and climbs the spectacular Haast Pass, a World Heritage area of waterfalls and ancient forest, to the glacier coast near Fox and Franz Josef, with a night on the coast. Day two heads north past Hokitika, then inland through Arthur's Pass National Park and the Otira Viaduct, before the Canterbury Plains to Christchurch. Includes complimentary hotel pickup, drop-off and a premium private vehicle with your own guide; accommodation arranged to taste.
