Guest policy We are not suitable for children under 12 years. Please respect the other guests and are quiet after 9pm. The swimming pool is not patrolled and you use it at your own risk. People under 16 must be supervised by an adult. The farm has occasional lifestyle block equipment movements, water troughs, electric fences and other typical lifestyle block hazards. Property hazards Lavender cott has wooden staircase and some paths are uneven. No pets, chimney fires, restricted - fire season.
Cancellation and Refund policy Bookings made direct with Quail Farm Accommodation If you cancel your booking there is no refund of the 10% non-refundable Deposit. If you cancel 8 days or more before your arrival date the Balance payment you have made is refunded to a New Zealand bank account. If you cancel 7 days or closer to your arrival date there is no refund of your Balance payment.

The romantic Orchard Studio is a wing of the Quail Farm house. It has wonderful cathedral ceilings and exudes layers of luxurious colonial charm. The outdoor veranda will very quickly become your happy place with a vintage bath, soft seating, Characterised by whimsical cottage gardens, and our rows of beautiful lavender.

Our guests quickly fall in love with absolute country luxury of Lavender Cottage with it’s airy barn-like feel. Wake up to the sounds of bell-birds, distant lambs and pretty views of Mount Heslington. You will delight in the cottage’s many details which make your stay as relaxing and pleasurable as possible. Enjoy the luxurious slipper bath with candles & our Lavender oil.
