To secure your booking we request full payment. For confirmed bookings cancelled by you prior to: 14 Days: 75% refund 48 hours: 50% refund Cancellations within 48 hours of the pick up or tour date will be charged the full cost of the original booking. “No Shows” will also be charged the full cost of the original booking. If we have to cancel the transfer or tour due to unforeseen circumstances, adverse road or weather conditions you will receive a full refund or offered an alternative date.
