Pricing is based on sole occupancy for up to 4 people. Extra people incur charge of $44 per person per night in low season, $50 per person per night in high season. There is no charge for infants under 2 yrs old.
Cancellation within 30 days of arrival date: 25% forfeit of the total booking price. Cancellation within 14 days of arrival date: 100% forfeit of the total booking price. Cancellation 30 days or more from arrival: fully refundable (less insurance premium if applicable) If you cannot travel due to a change in COVID-19 Government required lockdown or isolation) within 30 days of check-in, you may: Reschedule your stay within 12 months, or Request a refund, less a $50 cancellation fee.
Oranga was originally a farm cottage on Rotoroa. Today, it has a charming holiday home and is best suited to couples or smaller family groups. The three generous bedrooms all have lovely views over the island sanctuary and are just 5 min walk from a safe swimming beach.
Quality linen is provided and cleaning included. A two night minimum booking applies.
All houses have the following facilities: Weber BBQ, essentials: tea, coffee, sugar, cooking oil, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar. Modern kitchen and laundry, WIFI access, CD/Stereo/Blu Ray player. We have one travel cot and one highchair available, please request when booking. Please note there is no land line in your property so make sure you bring your cell phone and charger.
