Holiday home rented as sole occupancy, base rate for 8 people. $44pn per extra person up to 13 people total in low season, $50pn per extra person in high season. Infants under 2 yrs old are free of charge. 2 night min stay.
A deposit of 25% of the total is required to secure your reservation. The balance is payable two weeks prior to arrival. Tariff includes the New Zealand Goods and Services Tax of 15%.
Cancellation within 30 days of arrival date: 25% forfeit of the total booking price. Cancellation within 14 days of arrival date: 100% forfeit of the total booking price. Cancellation 30 days or more from arrival: fully refundable (less insurance premium if applicable) If you cannot travel due to a change in COVID-19 (Government required lockdown or isolation) within 30 days of check-in, you may: Reschedule your stay within 12 months, or Request a refund, less a $50 cancellation fee.
This practical home is a 2 minute walk to Ladies' Bay, sleeps eight inside and an additional five in an adjacent bunkhouse. Serenity has a large dining table, well equipped kitchen and is decorated in mid-century style to reflect its architectural era.
Quality linen is provided and cleaning included. A two night minimum booking applies.
All houses have the following facilities: Weber BBQ, essentials: tea, coffee, sugar, cooking oil, flour, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, modern kitchen and laundry, WIFI access, CD/Stereo/Blu Ray player. We have one travel cot and one highchair available, please request when booking. Please note there is no landline in your property so ensure you bring your cell phone.
