Changes to bookings can be made up to 90 days before departure and are subject to a NZ$300 processing fee. Possible changes include changing to the same tour on a different date or changing to a different tour or transferring the booking to another person. Changes are only possible to published tour dates and for tours within the next 12 months. Changes made later than 90 days prior to departure are treated as cancellations.
