No-shows at the time of departure will be charged in full and will not receive a refund. All flights canceled by Milford Helicopters (owned and operated by Te Anau Helicopter Services Ltd) will receive a full refund of the amount paid. The decision around refunds is at the company’s discretion given special circumstances.
