Where cancellations are received up to 30 days prior to arrival, the deposit will be refunded less NZ$120 admin fee. Cancellations received within the 30 day period will result in the deposit being non-refundable. Cancellations within 14 days will result in full payment unless the facility is re-booked. Except the months of December and January, where cancellations received within 30 days prior to arrival incur a 100% cancellation fee. We highly recommend obtaining travel insurance.
When arriving at Te Kahu you are greeted by big views to the Pacific Ocean. Watch the Northland coastline stretching all the way to Tutukaka. The Poor Knights Islands can be seen floating on the horizon & are spectacularly always changing colour as the sun moves across the sky. The house is contemporary in style & has a fully equipped chefs kitchen. The three bedrooms are located in the east wing while living and a large kitchen can be found in the west wing. We have some of the most stunning beaches just 10 minute drive from the house and an array of walks and hikes at Whangārei Heads (15 minutes drive away). Two of these walks are among the top short and top day walks in New Zealand. We provide you with all this information on arrival.
