Cancellations/modifications made outside 7 days prior to the date of the commencement of the booking will be refunded their deposit. However the owner appreciates as much notice as possible so they can endeavour to re-book the dates. The deposit will not be refunded for cancellations/modifications made within 7 days before the booking.
