Should it be necessary to cancel the booking: between 1 and 2 weeks prior to arrival date there is a 25% cancellation fee. 1 week or less prior to arrival date the first three nights are non-refundable but the remaining nights will be refunded. Please be rest assured: Reasonable circumstances for cancellation will be considered. Thank you. Any bookings cancelled as a result of a severe weather condition that will impact travel then all payments made will be fully refunded to you. Thank you.
Enjoy our beautiful apartment (70sqm) as you view the spectacular vista from your bed or the private deck. Ideal for a couple or three people. There is a queen bed in the bedroom, and a king single in the lounge. An extra roll-away bed or port-a-cot can also be provided. It is completely self contained with a full kitchen (oven, microwave, full sized fridge/freezer & basic pantry supplies), private bathroom (large shower & hair dryer) and a separate laundry. All linen, beach towels, & dressing gowns are provided. Also provided is a BBQ, 2 person kayak, dinghy, life jackets and snorkel gear. Come and explore the beautiful Whangarei Heads with the many scenic coastal walks, marine reserve, Mt Manaia, & sand dunes at Ocean Beach.
