Minimum 2 hours.
Up until 1 week prior to the date and time of travel customer may change or even totally cancel the booking. Between 7 days and 3 days a cancellation fee of 25% will apply. Cancellations made by the operator within 24 hours due to weather and conditions will be fully refunded.

We provide comfortable bike transfers throughout Queenstown and Central Otago, including Cardrona, Glendhu Bay, Alexandra, the Dunstan Trail and Kawerau Gorge.
