We accept bookings for persons 16 and over. Depending on other bookings we may be able to waive this condition. Please enquire. Pets are welcome but strictly by prior arrangement. No smoking in the Cottages or Bunkrooms. Guests may smoke outdoors. For bookings through the web-site for Rose and Poplar Cottages discounts are offered: 3 nights: 5% 4 nights: 10% 5 nights: 15% 7+ nights: 20% (i.e. 1.4 free nights per week).
Cancellations made 2 weeks or more before check-in: a full refund. Cancellations made within 2 weeks but before 1 week of check-in: a 50% refund. For cancellations made within 1 week of check-in there is no refund.
Tinui Station Homestead Cottages are set in the heart of the Wairarapa, in the peaceful settlement of Tinui. Rose Cottage is a charming 19th century historic cottage. Two superbly decorated guest bedrooms are anchored by a central living room with wood burner, dining area, and kitchen. The bathroom has a heated floor and towel rail. The living area opens onto a private spring water spa pool where you can relax and view the stars under glass. Poplar Cottage has four double bedrooms, full bathroom plus separate WC, cosy open plan living area with wood burner and a continuous verandah with French doors to the ample afternoon sunshine, and room to BBQ and dine. Here you’ll find the fresh spring water spa pool under glass, under the stars.
