A full refund will be issued if the customer cancels up to 24 hours before their confirmed trip departure time. If cancelled within 24 hours, no refund will be given. In the event of unfavorable weather conditions that stop us from operating, Top Catch Charters will work with all parties involved to reschedule your booking. Alternatively, if rescheduling is not feasible, a full refund will be issued.
