All flights depart from the Rotorua City Lakefront, Memorial Drive. This flight operates with a minimum of 2 adult fares. Children under 2 are free of charge, children aged 2-11 years pay a child fare (which is 75% of the adult fare). Check in time is 15 minutes prior to departure.
Should cancellation occur within 30 days of the date of travel a 25% cancellation fee will apply. If cancellation occurs within 7 days of the date of travel a 75% cancellation fee will apply. If cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the date of travel a 100% cancellation fee will apply. Should Volcanic Air cancel the booking due to unsuitable weather conditions or for circumstances beyond our control, then a full refund will apply.

Landing at Orakei Korako, ‘the Hidden Valley’, is an amazing opportunity to experience hot sprigs, gushing geysers and the natural beauty of this geothermal wonderland.
