Weight Clause New Zealand Civil Aviation Authority require accurate individual weights at the time of booking, on this basis we can no longer confirm your booking until we have received this information. Although we are aware that this may create some inconvenience we would appreciate your assistance here. It is preferable that you provide weights in your own unit measurements i.e. pounds, stone or kilogram.
Should cancellation occur within 30 days of the date of travel a 25% cancellation fee will apply. If cancellation occurs within 7 days of the date of travel a 75% cancellation fee will apply. If cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the date of travel a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
