Minimum age of 10 years and 45kg required by New Zealand law. Any persons under the age of 15 years must also have their parent/guardian sign the consent form.
We have a no drop no refund policy. This means; if you decide not to drop at time of arrival you can opt to transfer your vertigo to another ride package. Unfortunately no refund can be processed once you have entered the Vertigo cage. We are not limited by rain, but extremely high wind gusts may result in a delayed jump. Please speak with reception upon arrival if you are unsure.

As the only one of its kind in New Zealand, Vertigo offers breath taking views of the district, Lake Rotorua, Mokoia Island, and the trout-filled Ngongotaha Stream far below. Suspended from the purpose-built tower, 43 metres above, anticipate the heart-pounding moment as the vertigo master counts down: "3, 2, 1..." before you soar into the net below. On completion pose with the Vertigo crew in front of the cameras to celebrate your success.
