Public holiday weekends we require a minimum stay of 2 nights and apply high season rates.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Children above the age of 12 are welcome and must be accompanied by an adult. Minimum age for check-in solo is 18 years. No pets allowed. Please note that for bookings of 6 or more guests, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
If your plans change, please call us to cancel or amend your booking within 48hrs of arrival. For group bookings: to cancel or amend your booking, this must be done latest one week prior arrival.

We have 2 large kitchens and lounges with water views, a huge deck overlooking the harbour, we have a range of different room options ideal for travelers, couples, groups of friends or the whole team. We are more than just a place to stay. From the furnishing we select to the cleaning products we use, from recycling and composting to composting to conscious consuming, we also do our best to protect our place in this world.
